Pennington County Fair Parade

Every year we go big for the Pennington County Fair Parade, and this year is no exception.

This year we are excited to join forces with several other churches and organizations from around Thief River Falls in a joint effort to show a glimpse of God's kingdom to our community during the parade and the fair.

Parade--Wednesday, July 17 at 5:30 p.m.--We will gather at the Evangelical Free Church to pray together and then walk to our place in the lineup. We will walk in the parade together to display our unity in God’s family (matching t-shirts included!), and hand out some food.

We want to fill the streets with as many people as possible from God's Church! If you would like to be part of this, see Tom Ramsey so we can order the right number of shirts.

Prayer at the Fair

In addition to the parade, we are teaming up with several other local churches and organizations at the fair to offer prayer to people who need it.

Wednesday, July 17 through Saturday, July 20: Volunteers will be present at the "Prayer at the Fair" tent close to the midway. This tent will have several purposes: it will be a place for people to come in and cool off out of the sun, a place for smaller children to play, and primarily, a place where we can pray for and with the people in our community.

If you would like to volunteer for a shift at Prayer at the Fair, sign up with Tom, or sign up now.
